Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BijuuFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

BijuuFlow provides analytics dashboards for ES and NQ futures markets and their associated options chains. Features include order-flow visualisation, gamma exposure (GEX), delta exposure (DEX), implied volatility surfaces, and AI-assisted market commentary. The Service is delivered as a software subscription.

3. Not Financial Advice

All data, analysis, commentary, and AI-generated content provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial product advice or a financial services licence;
• A recommendation to enter into any particular transaction;
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument;
• A guarantee of any particular outcome or profit.

Past performance shown in the Service is not indicative of future results. Always obtain independent professional financial advice before making investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access financial market data in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that this is the case.

5. Accounts and Access Codes

Access to the Service requires a one-time invite code, obtainable through our authorised channels. Each code is single-use and may only be used to create one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately through the Service if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our billing provider. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or invite codes with third parties;
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any data or content from the Service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Market Data

The Service displays analytics derived from CME futures and options market data. This data is provided under licence for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit this data. Exchange and data provider fees may apply and are subject to change.

9. Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and service availability, but we provide the Service "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis;
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• Fitness for any particular trading strategy or purpose.

The Service may be unavailable during maintenance windows, market data outages, or for other reasons outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BijuuFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by BijuuFlow or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription period.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
