What is BijuuFlow?
BijuuFlow is a live market analytics terminal focused on futures flow, options positioning, volatility context, regime signals, and risk posture in one workspace.
Who is it built for?
It is built for active traders who want to monitor market structure, flow, volatility, positioning, and event risk without jumping between several separate tools.
Does BijuuFlow place trades for me?
No. BijuuFlow is an analytics and decision-support terminal. It does not execute trades, manage brokerage accounts, or provide automated trade placement.
Is BijuuFlow financial advice?
No. BijuuFlow is for informational and educational use. The terminal can help organize market context, but all trading decisions and risk management remain your responsibility.
Access
How do I get access?
Click the Subscribe button, subscribe through our Whop checkout, and follow the access instructions sent after your subscription is active.
I subscribed but did not receive an access code. What should I do?
Check spam or promotions folders first. If you still cannot find it and cannot log in to use dashboard support, join the BijuuFlow Discord and ask for help there using the email tied to your subscription.
Can I share my login or access code?
No. Accounts and access codes are for one user only. Sharing credentials can result in access being suspended.
Can I reset my password?
Yes. Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. If your email is registered, BijuuFlow will send a reset link to that address.
Dashboard
Why does the dashboard sometimes say the market is closed?
The terminal distinguishes between a fresh application snapshot and fresh market data. During scheduled market closures or maintenance windows, the app may remain online while the latest market-data timestamp is from the prior active session.
Why do some values update more often than others?
Different analytics update on different schedules. Lightweight market-state fields can refresh quickly, while heavier calculations and external feeds may update less frequently or only when new source data is available.
Can I use BijuuFlow on mobile?
Yes. BijuuFlow fully supports mobile use, so you can monitor the terminal, review key pages, and manage your account from your phone as well as desktop.
Privacy and Reliability
What account information does BijuuFlow store?
BijuuFlow stores the information needed to operate accounts, access, subscriptions, support, and security. Your password is kept encrypted and is never visible to us or anyone else.
Do you publish private user activity?
No. User activity is used for service operation, support, abuse prevention, and account administration. It is not displayed publicly.
Can the terminal be unavailable?
Yes. Any live analytics product can be affected by maintenance, internet issues, upstream outages, market closures, or account/feed interruptions. BijuuFlow tries to make stale or unavailable states visible in the interface.
